Goal is to build muscle and cleanse the system a bit right before the holiday season and foster community .

Do as much as you can, Maybe pick some days and skip some

But create your own formula, write it down, stick with it. Report it, motivate others

Eg. For me, I will do it all, but I will be adding bacon to my veggies

Monday

20mins Abs + 10 mins Cardio

Veggies and Fruits Only

Tuesday

20 min cardio + 10 mins stretch

Eat anything between 10am-6pm or (any 8 hour window)

Wednesday

20mins Abs + 10 mins cardio

Veggies and Fruits Only

Thursday

20 mins Legs+ 10 mins Cardio

Eat anything between 10-6pm (any 8 hour window)

Friday

20mins Abs + 10 mins Cardio

Eat anything between 10-6pm (any 8 hour window)

Saturday

15 mins Legs + 15 mins Cardio

Eat anything between 10-6pm (any 8 hour window)

Sunday

30mins relaxation (Yoga)

Eat only one meal

Give gratitude to 10> people

There is a $10 commitment fee when you register online. ( preferred). You can also cashapp $Afrocontigbo

You will get back your $10 at the end of the challenge if you didn't miss a day

If you miss a day, your fee goes to a non-profit that Afrocontigbo works with sometimes https://www.givemn.org/story/Million-Artist-Movement

I will check in everyday around evening time via WhatsApp. We will have a group of all who commits ( I suspect there will be 3-9 people).
